After robotic vacuum cleaners became a huge success in the home, it was only a matter of time until the technology lent itself to the traditional lawn mower, and so was born the robotic mower. The boom of automation, coupled with the growing desire for appliances and machinery that help with the household chores, has increased the popularity of robotic lawn mowers.

At Cutting Edge Machinery, we know a lot about Robotic Mowers.  After becoming an authorised seller for these automated mowing wonders we have tried and tested many models so we can really help you tackle the minefield of choosing the right one for your needs. With so much variety to choose from, all with varying costs, we can understand that choosing a robotic mower can be a daunting process, but help is at hand.

Some models are capable of covering 5,000 sqm, so can also compete on plots that usually require a ride-on mower. In our opinion though, the best advantage of a robotic mower is when it is used by less-abled gardeners, who would usually struggle having to push a manual or electric mower.

Obviously, the downside to having such an advanced piece of equipment is the cost, with a decent model starting at around £899.  We believe that the advantages of these mowers heavily outweigh cost for those with busy lifestyles, less abled gardeners and the lazy gardener.
